Tax Relief can be claimed on all medical expenses including Chartered Physiotherapy treatment and Sports Rehabilitation. This depends on your level of taxation. More information re same can be found at:http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/money_and_tax/tax/income_tax_credits_and_reliefs/taxation_and_medical_expenses.html The form required to claim a refund is the MED 1 form. This form can be found here: http://www.revenue.ie/en/personal/popular-forms.html Chartered Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation treatment are eligible for a refund from most Irish health Insurers including Aviva, VHI, Liberty Insurance, Laya, Glo Health, Garda Medical, Hibernian Health and the Hospital Saturday Fund. The amount you can claim back from your health insurer varies depending on your level of  cover but can be as much as €40. So we recommend you contact your health insurance company for further information.

Initial and Follow Up Appointments are 1 hour long.

Every injury, dysfunction, pain presentation is different. Therefore we do not have a set number of treatments as our standard. We assess each individual on an individual basis. At Cradock Performance we endeavor to get you out of pain and back to your absolute best as quickly as possible. After your initial appointment we will discuss a suitable treatment plan and expected time frame for recovery to meet your specific needs. On average most patients require 2-4 treatments.

Be sure to wear loose comfortable clothing to your appointment. At Cradock Performance we assess how the whole body is moving so we need you to come in clothing that will allow you to move.  We will need to inspect the injured area so shorts are a good idea for lower limb injuries and  a singlet or vest top good for a upper limb injury.

Centrepoint has its own carpark for Centrepoint Business Customers. Parking is 1 euro (coin) per hour. There is other free parking options around Liosban.

No referral is required to attend our clinic for physiotherapy or sports rehabilitation review. However if you do have a referral letter from your G.P. or specialist please bring this along to your first appointment along with any written reports and discs of MRI scan or X-Ray’s you may have competed.At Cradock Performance we will liase with your GP and Specialist at every step of your rehabilitation journey and will correspond comprehensively with other medical professionals as needs to ensure you have the best possible medical care and rehabilitative outcome.
